Historically, there were many CEO's and owners of the business among my clients. In some cases the appeals were directly linked to business management (objectively high level of stress).
Emotional pressure usually was related to maladaptive ways of coping trough stress (binge eating, drinking or other forms of addictive behavior). Such ways of coping have started to become an independent problem and added additional difficulties.
In collaborative work we were not just looking for the ways to solve the problems, but also ways to increase the life quality in general, we were trying to bring the client back on the path of his personal values and goals.
The general patterns of difficulties began to take shape (although there are no two similar cases, there is always a space for individual differences), more practical experience and theoretical knowledge appeared. Earlier and now I realize, that a significant part of my clients is more successful in business management than I am. My competency in psychology and psychotherapy is much higher than in business development and management (truth is that I try to learn and grow constantly in this area).
You might ask, where there may be benefits of my services?
The benefit might be not just from me, but also from a team of my colleagues.
individual work with your request (for example, increasing the ability to cope through stress, switching away from business issues, normalizing the balance between work and personal life etc.)
counselling of employees (if a worker is emotionally burned out, it won't encourage the development of your business)
training your employees (mindfulness skills, emotional intelligence, overcoming procrastination) and more
