I participate in a range of educational projects, aimed at improving the skills and developing specialists in cognitive-behavioral approach to psychological counselling and schema therapy.
We set an ambitious goal to ourselves:
Formation of a professional field and developing a domestic school of cognitive-behavioral therapy and psychological counselling (in collaboration with Russian and foreign colleagues).
In my opinion, the science knows no bounds, but the training must be solid and practically oriented. The practical skills training receives special attention in our projects. That's why we the education is moving slow, but it claims to be serious. If a specialist wishes to take a part in our projects, then he should be aware that it will not be "easy peasy". Our attitude to the process of studying is benevolent, but demanding. The skills are being trained not only during the seminars, but also as a series of homeworks in between them.
I conduct intervisions together with colleagues, mostly in group format. Intervisions help to compensate the lack of knowledge in a kind and easy-going atmosphere, to receive different views on issues that had emerged and to save flexibility and faith in to self-reliance.
Supervision in individual or group format helps specialist to keep learning on his path of education, which lasts for whole of his professional life.
As an accredited supervisor of Russian Association of Psychotherapy and as a trainer/supervisor of International Society of Schema Therapy I try to make my contribution into developing of professional society and to support amateur specialists and more experienced colleagues, if they face professional difficulties.
In supervision I try to uphold the principles of confidentiality, support, help in professional development and professionalism.
If you wish to join supervision or intervision, then you can text me via registration form.

"I was working as a psychologist in organization and at some moment I understood, that the knowledge I have about how to work with people is not enough for me. To be exact, there was lack of structure and consciousness. So, I began to think about learning within the cognitive-behavioral approach.
I was lucky to study in a course that was led by Alexander Erichev – practicing psychologist and psychotherapist. The most valuable thing that I've acquired was the clear algorithm of psychological counselling, the feeling of confidence during the work came to me, the feeling, that I am capable to help a person who appealed to me. The most exciting thing is that after the course people started to appeal for my help more often and the work started bring me more satisfaction. For the first time I was able to help a person with panic attacks! Earlier it seemed to be something unattainable.
The course is well structured, but flexible at the same time. Special attention is payed to practical skill training, I would even say, that the skill training is the main part of education – this is very valuable. And I cannot fail to mention the acquaintance with wonderful like-minded people. I am happy to know each specialist for whom it happened to study together with me!"
